“The elevator was making some really bad noises and it ended up getting worked on while we were there. When we arrived, they had checked someone else into my room that shared the same first name as me. So, he had to try to find a different room for me. But the guy at the front desk spent several minutes telling me that he didn’t have a reservation for me and insisting that I didn’t book a room there. I was extremely disappointed”

“Property is new and clean. Breakfast better than most for this type of hotel. Also felt like a very safe area.”

“I requested morning call at 6:45am and it never came, so I was late for the meeting. (It wasn't setting up the machine, I had to call the front to ask them to set it up.) So do not rely on that over there. Otherwise the hotel was good. I will stay there again.”
