“Overall excellent value for money. Good breakfast and the staff were really friendly. Slightly odd smell in some of the downstairs corridors - a bit like damp? The facilities were really good, loved the spa and the gym. Beautiful property. Lots of parking. Slightly confusing information on Expedia when booking re spa access as it conflicts with some of the information on the website but wasn't a problem on arrival at the hotel. “What a lively quaint listed accomodation. We were extremely happy with our rooms, they were clean and spacious. My sister has very arthritic knees, so it was essential it was not a shower in a bath. We both had showers, the only problem, there was a step up to the tray. however this was only a minor problem. a couple od little things, which I spoke about to the staff on leaving.The room itself had all the facilities that you needed, Tea and coffee was in abundunce, TV hairdryer, plenty of power……
