"Gustavo was a very kind and helpful Host. His family is lovely and we enjoyed the swimming pool. We stayed there on our way to the Sevilla airport and it was about 20 minutes from there. My biggest surprise was the neighborhood which you had to enter with a locked gate and the entire development was inside of a fence with razor wire at the top. The house itself was clean, but the beds were not that comfortable."

"The biggest disappointment was interaction with the host. We never met him/her and all communication was via phone call or watts app. Arrival was confusing as we did not know it involved a key safe. There was no information pack. Whilst the accommodation was spotlessly clean a number of things could’ve been better. "Hacienda La Indiana is without question a 10-star experience. From the moment we arrived late at night, we were welcomed with warmth and generosity that made us feel more like family than guests. The owner, with genuine kindness, prepared tea despite the late hour, gave us a personal tour of the property, and ensured we had everything we needed. This rare level of care immediately set the tone for what became one of the most memorable stays of our travels. The room was spotless, spacious, and peaceful—every detail designed for comfort and rest. We slept better than we had anywhere else on our trip, wrapped in a sense of calm and care that only true hospitality creates. The next morning, we enjoyed a breakfast that was simply outstanding: fresh, generous, and beautifully presented. Sitting outside in the tranquil surroundings, we felt as though time slowed down. Afterward, the owner personally showed us the property, including the stables, adding a thoughtful and memorable touch. What truly makes Hacienda La Indiana exceptional is not only its beauty, comfort, or cleanliness—it is the people. The owners and staff embody genuine kindness, attention, and warmth in every interaction. Their generosity of spirit and joy in caring for guests created an atmosphere of respect and heart that went far beyond service. "I booked 3 rooms for 1 night. Sadly one of my tour party i was taking became ill and was not able to travel on the date. Because it was apparent that this would impact on the stay at the hotel i tried for over a month before hand to speak with them, not to cancel the booking, but mearly to change the date and pay any extra. The hotel just "blanked" all my communications and failed to respond to any e mail direct or through Expedia. The end result was they were able to keep the money from yhe original booking. Bad karma, lost any future motorcycle tour bookings from me. "
