“My boyfriend and I had an amazing experience at this lovely boutique hotel. We absolutely loved every inch of the building. It was clean, stylish and comfortable. The rooftop terrace was also a nice bonus. The location was perfect and makes a great home base for the walkable attractions near by (La Setas, The Cathedral, the Royal Alcazar…) and I would have to agree with all the other reviews that Olga was such a sweet and welcoming host! We would highly recommend this property to anyone wanting……

“We cannot fault the apartment - it had all we needed. However, the manager, Esperanza was absolutely rude, disrespectful and really doesn't care about her clients. We had a problem with getting into the apartment late at night & while we were told we could contact her at any time (and to be fair, a manager should be available) she would have let us sit all night outside our apartment before even trying to help. She put the phone down when we tried to call & then told us to solve it ourselves as……

“未入住前已安排好了登記及發出電子鎖匙，到步後就可以立刻進入房間，放下行李，稍作休息後就係可外出遊覽。省卻了一般酒店登記入住的時間。 另外，可能是遇上了一星期清潔房間時間，清潔了一次房間覺得挺意外！ 而且地點方便，但又清靜。有兩間浴室，又有黑膠唱片機。唯一缺點是在一樓而只有樓梯，但對住本人來說問題不大。 總括來說，物超所值。”

“This is a lovely building situated in a quiet street in the city center. As mentioned in other reviews, it is a bit far from the main attractions, but it's nice and close to El Corte Ingles and a taxi spot. Getting to the main attractions is an easy and generally pleasant walk. Our studio was attractive, decently spacious, well appointed, well laid out and very clean. “Great location, this was a last a last minute trip and we couldn’t had been more pleased. The apartment had an incredible view to the cathedral and it was close to many restaurants and bars. The staff was helpful in getting us into the room since we did a last minute reservation and didn’t give them enough time to have the keys ready, Ruben went above and beyond. ”
