“Ça a mal commencé... on nous dit que la chambre est prête pour 15h00, on arrive à 15h30 et l on tombe sur une personne qui nous demande de repasser pour 16h00, parce que le nettoyage n'est pas finit... Nous avons donc dû attendre a la porte 30 minutes avec les valise qu on veuille bien nous laisser l accès à l'appartement. Je trouve cela très désagréable, soit vous changez les horaires du check in, soit vous vous organisez différemment, parce qu attendre avec les valises dehors n est pas du tout……
