“Located in San Eloy, in the middle of all the shopping and restaurants. No climbing of stairs as there is an elevator. Mario is friendly and helpful, and even got the sofa bed ready himself upon our checking in. Limited space in bathroom for toiletries so we placed a chair inside and outside of the bathroom. All in all a good stay.”

“Cela commençait dès le départ, nous avons eu un problème au niveau du chauffage, c’est-à-dire qu’il ne sait pas enclencher et qu’il a fallu attendre le contact de l’hôtel pour le déclencher à distance. Nous sommes restés plus d’une heure à attendre que le chauffage se déclenche à distance par le propriétaire et le temps que cela chauffe. Nous avons passé la fin d’après-midi et la soirée à 17°. De plus, l’appartement était nettoyé Schuurmans, nous avons croisé les femmes de ménage sans aspirateur……

“This was a beautiful, artsy house which was very well located. All the finishes and furniture embodied old Seville. There was good blend of old and modern in this updated house. It was spacious for a family of 4. The views of the Cathedral were amazing. There are 4 floors so a lot of steps but there is a tiny elevator that was very convenient for moving baggage and groceries up and down. The bathrooms took some getting used to since there is no divider between the shower and the rest of the……

“The staff were excellent, really helpful and even allowed us to check in early. The apartment was light and relatively spacious, apart from the kitchen and bathroom facilities being somewhat squashed together. Pretty clean, apart from some finger marks on cupboards. Television had a good range of streaming platforms. Downsides for us might be ups for others. The bed was very hard and pillows initially supplied very flat. The hosts quickly provided more for us. The bathroom arrangement was weird……

“The location is great and within close proximity to everything, it is also easy if you want to take an Uber as it can pick you from just outside the apartment. The apartment itself is tired, there are leak marks, cracked beams, dirty skirting in bathrooms with other people hair, one of the toilet seats and flush were dirty when we arrived, the curtain that provides shade to the kitchen ceiling is also dirty, the apartment is spacious, however, it needs some updating and cleaning. The bedding……
