“Large apartment was clean and fully stocked. It was quiet and secure. Location was great. A wonderful stay.”

“Located in San Eloy, in the middle of all the shopping and restaurants. No climbing of stairs as there is an elevator. Mario is friendly and helpful, and even got the sofa bed ready himself upon our checking in. Limited space in bathroom for toiletries so we placed a chair inside and outside of the bathroom. All in all a good stay.”

“Cela commençait dès le départ, nous avons eu un problème au niveau du chauffage, c’est-à-dire qu’il ne sait pas enclencher et qu’il a fallu attendre le contact de l’hôtel pour le déclencher à distance. Nous sommes restés plus d’une heure à attendre que le chauffage se déclenche à distance par le propriétaire et le temps que cela chauffe. Nous avons passé la fin d’après-midi et la soirée à 17°. De plus, l’appartement était nettoyé Schuurmans, nous avons croisé les femmes de ménage sans aspirateur……

“Nice apartment but marketed as having air conditioning. Yet they confirmed in writing thay they'd switched the AC off. Apartment was very hot at night as it was 29 degrees. ”

“The staff were excellent, really helpful and even allowed us to check in early. The apartment was light and relatively spacious, apart from the kitchen and bathroom facilities being somewhat squashed together. Pretty clean, apart from some finger marks on cupboards. Television had a good range of streaming platforms. Downsides for us might be ups for others. The bed was very hard and pillows initially supplied very flat. The hosts quickly provided more for us. The bathroom arrangement was weird……
