The accommodations were clean, the check in was smooth, and our specific room had a kitchenette with utensils and large fridge. German (Herman) and Jose were outstanding. They are quick to answer questions via WhatsApp or in the lobby. The best part of our stay is the location! A 10 minute walk to Alcazar and the Cathedral, and the “waffle” looking structure. Lots of restaurants downstairs. And Carrefour a few steps away. The suites5 was perfect for our stay in Seville!

Excellent location in the heart of all the sights. Rooms well appointed with good air conditioning (a must!). Very helpful staff. Breakfast was fine but rather basic selection and could do to invest in more crockery as constantly running out of glasses / bowls. On balance a good choice for exploring the area.

This was our second stay at the hotel. The rooms are spacious and very lovely. We were greeted with a bottle of champagne and chocolate upon arrival. The staff is super helpful. The breakfast is delicious. The only tricky part about the hotel is dropping off a car. You literally have to pull up on a sidewalk and then one of the staff comes out and parks your car in a remote lot for you. It can be a little intense if there’s any traffic behind you, but it all goes pretty quickly. Love this hotel. I would highly recommend!
