Overall a good stay. Our room was less than ideal, on the ground floor literally next to the bar. There was some noise in the daytime from the other guests, but the insulation was quite good. The bar closed at 11.45pm, and things got much quieter after, so it didn’t affect sleep. Otherwise, the room was good- clean, with good air conditioning and black-out curtains. Window into an internal courtyard so no views. Showers were strong and hot, although we were not able to figure out how to switch between the rain shower and the hand-held one. Service was very good. I had indicated some unhappiness at the room during check in, and the staff tried to find us another room, although there were none with twin beds available. In the end, we were happy to stay on in the same room as sleep quality was good. The bar sent us a fruit platter as a gesture of apology, which we thought was very kind of them. Location of the hotel was great: walking distance to most major tourist sites, and quiet enough despite being in a heavily accessed area. You will have to walk about 200m to a taxi stand as the hotel is in a pedestrian only zone, but it was easy getting a cab to the bus station. Overall, will recommend this hotel to friends and other travellers to Seville. Maybe just try to avoid room 3 if you can. :)
