“I need the response since the message sensed for a week. I stayed at your hotel and checked in on July 29. At check-in, a $200 security deposit was authorized on my credit card. I would like to ask when this authorization will be released or refunded. As of today, after a week, I have not yet seen the refund or release reflected in my credit card transaction history. Could you please check the status for me? And please do feedback the process. Thank you.”

“We walked in and the fire alarms needed battery changes, so there was a near constant beeping. When we got to our room, the air conditioner was not working (and when it did, it puffed out stale cigar smoke scented air). There were concerning holes in the walls, and odd stains on some of the towels. The photos are either outdated or fake - no part of the hotel looked the way these photos do. When we got out to our car in the morning, it had been ransacked. Bags, food, shoes, money, and……

“I have been in this hotel many times (probably over few months) since September 2021. Some renovation done in mid 2022… fantastic! just one thing to maintain full stars review: to replace the dryers in the laundry if repair does not work (a bit annoying to pay 2-3 times to complete the dry since early 2022 😅)”
