Staff very nice. Booked this bc had a rating of “wonderful “. However room was very noisy due to either HVAC and the other rooms doors are quiet heavy. All night long heard banging (even when moving Rooms to top floor and taking a room on a “quiet” side of the hotel. I’m sorry just keep ongoing it real.

Well located near the Yale campus and museums and many restaurants. Nice rooms. Great lobby with kiosks and Heirloom restaurant which serves one of the best breakfasts in town. If you come with a car the valet option is recommended.

I spent a night at The Study, and had to leave early in the morning for a conference nearby. My car was out front, as I had requested the night before, and checking out was as easy as checking in. The hotel is lovely. Next time I am in the area, I will make sure to book it.

The property is chic and well maintained. The room we had was fine, but the beds are quite small and the bathroom cramped. Decor is minimal, so it almost felt like a dorm room. Front desk and restaurant service were very accommodating and helpful.

Staff were professional helpful. However, a bit more attention could be paid to cleaning the rooms. There were visible dirty smudges on the white closet doors and light switches that I had to clean off with antibacterial wipes before I felt comfortable touching them. Stray hairs from staff or previous occupants was also found in the bathroom upon my arrival.
