“With three kids, we enjoyed the amenities and walkability. Loved The Mill, playground, soccer field, basketball court and pool. Being able to bring our pup was an added perk. Crystal was very helpful and quick to respond to our questions.”

“Definitely loved this condo! The interior was very clean, kitchen was laid out nice, beds were comfortable, and livingroom furniture tasteful. The bathroom shower head does need to be replaced, as it was full of buildup and I had to scrub it real good in order for water to flow decently. The king size bedroom fan did not have a remote like the other bedroom. I'm assuming maybe someone took it and they never replaced it. The bathroom towels supplied were thick and newer, and the bedroom linens...

“Overall, the place was very clean and conveniently located near everything we needed. It was just as described with a big bathroom and two bedrooms and a big common area. Our biggest issue was the noise. There was quite a bit of street noise, as well as noise from the unit above us, which made it difficult to sleep at times. If you’re a heavy sleeper, this may not be an issue, but light sleepers may want to consider a top-floor unit in the same complex. Otherwise, the location and cleanliness...

“The property was spotless and very spacious. More than enough room for me and my four children while they came to Virginia Beach to visit me during their summer break. Close to the beach and boardwalk so we were never out of things to do. We had a blast.Communication was readily available and everything that you could need was already in the house, making the stay extremely smooth and easy. Would do again and was my top rental experience for Virginia Beach.”

“Location was great - could not be more central! In addition to the beach, there was also the restaurant across the street where it was easy to get takeout or sit in. Wonderful to have 2 dedicated parking spaces to accommodate our local family who came to see us. Apt had nice stock of beach towels, beach chairs, and some sand toys for kids. My boys loved the double bunk beds. We also had nice times as a family in the living/dining space where there was plenty of space to spread out.”
