Loved the kitchenette option which had a few fishes to use. Bring your own seasonings. Deck with chairs was pleasant. Room was clean and easy to find.

I was happy with my entire experience! Check-in was easy and staff was friendly. The clean room had a kitchen, large TV and very comfortable bed. I enjoyed having the sliding glass door open with a nice breeze! Will stay again when in Hampton. Thank you!

The room was clean. It is an older hotel not very far from train tracks. Three times was a charm to finally get the key fob to work.

Room was clean and sufficent. Coffee in room with heat/ac. Outdoor wood of property needs paint. Price is very reasonable. I slept well.

Went to shoot a ATA trapshooting event (Heartland Grand) about 20 min away in Ackley, IA. Place was comfortable and the people were great. Everything you needed was right around the corner from getting provisions to dinner out with multiple choices, fast food to a sit-down home cooked meal. Room had a little kitchette with a fridge, sink and a 2 burner stove top, along with a microwave, so cooking some eggs and bacon wasn't out of the question! I think Joe Pesci and Marisa Tomei (My Cousin Vinny) stayed in this Motel for 1 night? :)

From the reviews, I expected a nice little motel. The reviews were misleading, There were used plastic drink cups outside the room and the room was dreary and smelled weird. We walked in, looked around and left. Drove down the street and stayed somewhere else. I can’t recommend anyone staying at this motel

Clean room. Basics for cooking and kitchen ware. Comfortable bed. Nice porch. Green space. Big fridge with freezer. Stove top. Microwave. It is nothing fancy but I always feel safe and comfortable here. Great rates make it worth it. would not that the west side of the building is very close to a train track. Can get loud at times but not constant. The west side wasnt quite as noticable. Also, i always bring a box fan with me because i need the noise to help me sleep. This helps drown out sound. Would definitely stay again. Can't beat the price.
