“The room is dirty. ”

“The quilt was very dirty, with blue liquid on it, and the staff had a bad attitude.”

“Not fancy but very clean and great staff.”

“It was difficult to get into the room with two tricky combination locks. You can't watch any TV unless you know your streaming service passwords, no free TV. The coffee machine was plugged in but we couldn't figure out how to work it (no instructions available to read). The mattress was excellent and we slept well. Some might not like the train horns, but we didn't mind.”

“Hotel is old, room is big but carpet is dirty. Staff is nice though. Not cheap for a hotel this quality ”

“We were very happy with our stay. Our room was very clean. The age of the property obviously was a bit older, but everything had been updated and very attractive and clean. The Office personnel was was extremely helpful and accommodating. We will be back!!!”

“Our bathroom was not that clean. Plus, there was something wrong with the door to the room. We were also unable to change the temperature in our room. Underwhelming in general.”

“It was fine. Overall the hotel itself could use some updating. Only 1/2 the elevators worked and were very slow. Staff was excellent and very accommodating!”
