“Staff never told us about the breakfast. The wifi didn't work. Couldn't get an early check in. Only one person at the front desk so check was very slow. Was left disappointed with my choice.”

“We stayed in two separate rooms. The first room was missing an outlet cover and the television wasn’t working right. No shampoo and only one coat hanger. The second room was missing its toilet paper holder. Again, no shampoo. Ceiling tiles had old water stains. No soda or candy machines or coffee machines. No bedspreads or blankets. Bare-bone hotel. Not inviting.”

“Usually stay in Litchfield one or twice a summer and this was our first time at this property. It will now be my first choice every time!”
