“Had a wonderful stay at Cougar Canyon Unit C. (We were switched from B; C might have been a bit nicer because it’s on the end, but it looked the same as the photos of unit B- I’m guessing they are both similarly designed and decorated.) The unit was modernly decorated and clean, and everything was in working order. Nice towels, soaps and shampoo/conditioner were provided, as well as Keurig coffee cups. Several apps were available for sign-in on the TV, and the WiFi worked great. The kitchen……

“Flora was very communicative. Cabin was clean. My husband is 6’4 and the shower is very small with the shower head at chest level for him. Other than the size, it works great and had plenty of hot water. The Kirkland soap, shampoo and conditioner were great too. We used the hot tub several times a day and it was a great addition to the trip. ”

“We absolutely loved out 20th year anniversary trip! Our POC Flora is amazing checked in on us periodically and answered all my questions. “To be honest, the cabins were a bit more rustic than I expected. It had what we needed though, and my family really enjoyed our stay. There wasn’t any water in the creek/ravine at the edge of the property, but the manager gave us clear directions for a short drive to a beautiful spot at Christopher Creek with flowing water. We also enjoyed going to Tonto Creek and Woods Canyon Lake.”
