This outlaw themed cabin will have you wanting to come back for more! Includes a NEW amazing large spa, fully covered deck in front and back, double sided propane fireplace that can be enjoyed from master bedroom & living room, new high quality mattresses, fully equipped kitchen, Roku TV, Frontier internet, and propane grill. You'll have everything you need for a relaxing & romantic getaway with your special someone, small family, or good friends! \*Pets welcome with a small fee (plus applicable taxes/platform fees). 576 sqft total space inside cabin. Ideal for 2-4 guests.   
  
Although surrounded by trees, some noise may be noticeable from the highway & neighboring properties (although this doesn't bother most visitors!) If you are looking for complete seclusion and privacy, this probably isn’t the property for you.   
  
\*\*\*Weather advisory\*\*\* In winter months, guests are highly encouraged to purchase travel insurance. Major winter storms can roll in unexpectedly and cause delays or road closures that may make it difficult or impossible to reach the cabin. Cabin is located in a resort neighborhood with other privately owned cabins, just across the street from Bison Ranch and next to the Overgaard Air Park. Cabin is surrounded by beautiful tall trees and natural forest flora. Deer and Elk sightings are common and playful squirrels can be observed from the comfort of the front porch! Easy access to the main highway and only minutes from several small local stores. Yards do a-join and you will sometimes see neighbors at close by properties.   
  
Doorbell camera located next to the front door facing out records video and sound. Camera is only active upon arrival and at departure. We respect our guests’ privacy and do not actively monitor during the duration of their stay. The camera should not be covered at any time.  
  
Trails: Tall Timbers Trailhead (2.6 miles), Hangman Trail (21.2 miles), Ghost of the Coyote Trailhead (24.6 miles), Horse Trap Trailhead (25.2 miles), Rim Top Trailhead (27.8 miles), Mogollon Rim Trail (36.9 miles)

We had a fantastic stay! The cabin was better than described, we had everything we needed and felt welcomed from the start. Kaydee's instructions for caring for the cabin and departing were practical and straightforward. She was very communicative, and it was nice knowing we could reach out if we needed anything. We had the most wonderful family trip here over the long weekend! The cabin was everything we hoped for and more—it truly exceeded our expectations. It was so cozy and quiet, the perfect place to relax together, yet still close enough to restaurants and little spots in town. We were so impressed with how well-stocked it was, even with extra necessities in case we forgot something. It really felt like a home away from home, and we made such special memories here as a family. We can’t wait to come back!

The cabin was very clean, the hot tub looked brand new, kitchen was stocked with everything you might need.Everything was great.....except the bed. Unfortunately the beds and pillows were pretty uncomfortable. An added mattress topper and some new pillows would make this a perfect place to stay.

It was a great stay. The cabin was clean and well stocked with items such as towels and kitchen utensils. Communication with management was good and the trip was enjoyable and relaxing with no issues. Signal is hard if you have Verizon so save/ screenshot. emails with directions and access code.

#### Secluded winter wonderland

What a beautiful getaway from the hustle of everyday city life. The cabin was perfect for our family and had all the essentials one would need for a getaway, from the bath robes & slippers to the stocked coffee pods. We enjoyed the very relaxing hot tub, nestled right outside on the patio, just a few steps away. The cabin is surround with big beautiful trees that were all flocked with snow so we really appreciated the panoramic view of the "foresty" wonderland. The host was very responsive with any questions that we had. We would definitely rebook this property!
