The soap dispenser for the bathroom sink was empty when we arrived and when we showered in the morning the drain backed up until we were standing in a couple of inches of water. Asked at the front desk if they would be cleaning our room daily (there was no information in the room regarding any details about the hotel or the rooms). I was told "they should". I also told them about our shower and was told that they would send maintenance to take care of it. I left a note on the bathroom counter re the soap for the sink and we left for the day. When we returned that evening my note was still there and no one had been to our room. When we showered the next morning the water was still backing up in the tub. As we were leaving our room someone from housekeeping asked if we needed our room cleaned, I said yes and that we needed hand soap for the sink. I went back to the front desk to let them know that our shower was still backing up and was told, with attitude, that maintenance had snaked the drain and that it was draining fine when they left. I told her it was not and she said they would check it again. We left for the day and when we returned the soap dispenser had been filled but nothing else in the room was done (the trash cans were still full etc.). And sadly, the shower was still backing up the next morning. Because of all of this I would have given only 2 stars, however, the beds were clean and comfortable and most of the staff was friendly and helpful.
