Very clean, has all the amenities. Also great location. Near 6 line, CVS, and Grocery. Will stay here again in the future. :)”

“Met up with some friends from all over. Was a great central spot to walk and hit up food/drink places. Easy to access the train as well. Katz deli was across the street and the pastrami changed my life. The one issue with the apartment is there wasn't a great sitting area but we made do with the large dining room table. Location and cleanliness definitely trumped that for us.”

“We had a wedding in town and had a great stay in this lovely apartment. The beds are very comfortable, great couches and dining area to gather in. We appreciated having a parking spot, and not having to search for street parking. Communication with owner was prompt.”

“Nice, clean apartment very good location steps from the beach and within walking distance to good food and shops. The residents in the apartment above us were quite noisy into after midnight and they had a dog that barked and cried when they left it alone. Overall though this place is a good place to stay.”

“We had a great four-day stay at this place. The apartment’s got a fresh vibe with new stuff and all you need, whether you’re crashing for a few days or hanging out longer. The beds are cozy, and the shower’s solid—gets you ready to hit the city each day. It’s just a quick 5-minute walk to the 2nd street light rail station, which zips you over to Hoboken Station and then onto NYC if that’s your jam. For groceries, there’s a little 24/7 market a couple of blocks down or a bigger supermarket a bit……

“The hosts had lots of lovely added touches for a convenient stay. If you are OK with quite outdated and don't plan to cook or eat in, the place is a great value. Walk to restaurants, coffee shops, and the beach.”

“Overal we had a nice stay in New York and the apartment. However, the communication via the Sondor app was poor. I had problems with the security payment which could not be solved via the app (at the end it took me 15min for a call). Futhermore, we had an issue with the fire alarm beeping (not solved during the evening / night).”
