“Great location and plenty of room for my son and I! The place was clean, well kept and spacious. The only negative was that the toilet stopped flushing a few times and I had to take off the back and fix the chain myself and the shower didn’t drain well, but outside of the plumbing issues it was a nice place! “We were very happy with Cozy for Two. It’s a charming carriage house with a private entrance. Clean, beautifully decorated. Excellent use of the space. Kitchen is well stocked & there’s plenty of towels, trash bags, hangers and other essentials. Diane & Bernie are delightful and responsive.”

“Staying at the Smith House was a wonderful experience from start to finish! Kelly is a terrific host with great communication skills. She provided useful and comprehensive info on the local area and on restaurant suggestion. Beautiful fresh cut camellias and huge green fronds welcomed us throughout the house. Kelly quickly answered questions that came up for us. And The Smith House is so charming, full of historical references and beautiful art, cozy areas in the home to enjoy. And the location……
