“This is one of the best places I have stayed at Hilton Head. We go about every four months down there, and I was looking for something new (to us). Very close to the beach free parking. I felt safe. The staff were so nice and accommodating. I was surprised at the reviews, but I still wanted to try it after looking at the location and pictures. Spark was the same price as the one we previously used for the same price. People definitely need to check this place out. You will not be disappointed. ”

“Excellent customer service and engagement! There was only one mildly negative thing to mention, is that the fitness room was external to the hotel. You hve to go outside to the pool to go to the fitness room. That was little concerning from a safety perspective. But as I overall, a nice hotel and experience. ”

“We were skeptical at first due to the star rating, but we were only coming to Hilton Head for one night for a 5K. We ended up being pleasantly surprised. The staff were very polite and professional. The room was nice and clean. We had a very restful night, mattress was quite comfortable surprisingly. And the welcome bag of complimentary water and cookies were a very nice touch! Would absolutely stay here again. ”
