“We enjoyed our stay. We loved the ocean theme at the apartment. Very clean rooms. Kids enjoyed swimming in the indoor pool, parents enjoyed hot tub and sauna especially on rainy days. “We were up all night because the room smelled of paint. The building was undergoing renovations. To combat the smell, we kept all the windows open. Unfortunately, we couldn’t reach customer service because it’s automated, and you never speak to a real person. It was the worst experience. I’ve switched to the Heritage hotel, but I can’t say it’s any better. In fact, it’s probably worse. There’s construction scaffolding, and it’s incredibly loud. I’m disappointed with Marriott.”

When we communicated the issue to the owner, we were told we had to wait until tomorrow for new bedding. Yuck. Upon closer inspection, the condo is in need of a DEEP cleaning.
