“Room was nasty open lotion ,soap open and used (bar) half roll toilet paper , towel rack fell when i try to hold on . Towel was off white . Room had Oder . Shower would not drain properly. Breakfast I paid for they act as if it wasn’t paid with room . Manger of bistro was rude mold on fruit cups . I had to wait for 12 min before he gave me a substitute. Back door near room to get into hotel was broken and roaches in Hall way . My experience was a -2 and then I had a $26 charge-nobody knows where……
