“Difficulty communicating with custodial staff about cleaning. Everything else was excellent”

“For the cost as a whole this is a sufficient stay. It's clear this hotel is "cutting costs" in areas they deem non essential. The website promises a continental breakfast. That is not the case. Literally all they had out this morning were 2-3 muffins, 1 -slice of bread and 1-2 pieces of starch. Honestly it's frustrating they advertise this and don't honor it. False advertising technically. Hotel was clean.”

“Bad landlord special. Unit was completely dirty from couch, carpet, bedding. Vents covered in dust. Tub they painted white and was peeling Stains everywhere and on everything. Dead bugs in frig. Couldn’t stay even 1 night. We had to book a hotel instead. Just terrible.”
