“Great spot on Baseline Road! Very close to campus if you have a need to visit. The balcony is absolutely glorious in the morning. No direct sun and you can see the front range right there. Parking is very easy and covered (which came in handy!). Doors and walls are well insulated. We could hear people upstairs walking around in the morning but the noise level was very low. “Outside area wasn’t at all like pictures. Couch was not at all suitable.”

“Awesome location, clean and cute apartment that worked great for our trip. Host was very friendly and available for questions. Great trip and great rental! Thank you!”
