"Nice property. Feels very upscale and you're paying for upscale. At first glance, it feels clean. The rooms are nicely furnished, the casino is where it's at. The pool and its attendents were nice and welcoming, the housekeeping staff seemed genuine. We enjoyed the security of requiring a room key to access the rooms and that you could only access your floor. The cons: All of our dining experiences here were left wanting. The first night, we ate at twenty-four seven twice. The first dining experience, we were sat next to a large table who contained a belligerent and drunk gentleman who accused his waitress of smoking weed because she took so long then drinking his beer because she didn't bring it. The next dining experience there late that night, our poor waiter was so flustered and our food took over half an hour. The following night we had the buffet. Our attendent was very nice, but the food was left wanting. The prime rib was dry. The lobster tails, overcooked, but the crab was decent. After gambling, we went to our room to freshen up. Children on our floor decided to run throughout our floor Twenty-Fou/Seven, again, because there isn't any other option. Our food took a while again. Two ordered well burgers. They came out pink. "Everyone staying at this place has meth face. Full of guys walking their pit bulls around and yelling at their girlfriends. Surrounding area is pretty nice but the hotel itself is a dump. Whole place looks like the backrooms, it was probably pretty nice in the 70s but hasn't had one iota of work put into it in the past fifty years. Room was not awful but smelled like stale cigarettes. Pool had just a puddle of black water full of trash at the bottom--health hazard. Place looks like it will be demolished within the next five years. "

"Property was clean and comfortable. Connected to Lady Luck so we walked through the building getting to enjoy both casinos without stepping outside. We did venture across the street to Monarch as well. Very convenient and accessible. Only negative was that on the restaurant they charge $3 if you order to go "

"most things were great. Was missing remote and when i called they gave me one that did not work. Also there was not do not disturb hanger in my room so i got a knock a couple time in the morning from housekeeping. Not a big deal but a little annoying. "

"Room reeked of smoke. Poor water pressure. Whenever the room above me used the shower, a stream of water would gush from a vent above the tub. I was expecting the ceiling to fully collapse into the bathroom. "
