“We arrived and the exterior wasn’t inviting, the staff was helpful. I didn’t really like the location but overall the room was nicer than expected… We booked a king size bed, but got two queens instead. They only have one king size bed in the hotel! 😑 Next time I’ll book in the downtown area!”

“The check in took forever as their system is slow. I booked 2 rooms. One of the rooms the bathroom light did not work. We were told that they have no maintenance on site. When asked for another room they stated that they are booked. After me pushing they gave us another room. Well I booked king bad and ended up with 2 doubles. The breakfast is average.”

“Property clean and well maintained, Staff friendly, courteous and professional. Beds were NOT comfortable; mattresses need to be replaced. I certainly didn't expect the quality of the mattresses to be exceptional. I also didn't anticipate the poor quality. Our room smelled stuffy, easy fix, turn on the air conditioner. The mattresses however, left something to be desired.”

“The room was clean from top to bottom. The room was well organized. A place for everything and everything in its place. The breakfast items were hot and well cooked. The scrambled eggs tasted remarkably good and the bacon was crispy, but not burnt. The staff members were very cordial and extremely helpful. My one night stay at Best Western Plus in Anderson, Indiana was an A+ visit, all the way around.”

“The property is OK for the price though the breakfast can be better; it felt stale esp the breads. Behavior of the staff is not good. I had to cut short my visit by one day and even though the terms and conditions of expedia clearly stated that to cancel the next night, we must inform by previous midnight and I did inform at 5 pm on 06/12 that I needed to cancel the 06/13 night, they did not refund me. The hotel told me that Expedia will manage this as it is a 3rd party booking. I called Expedia……
