First room given to us was not cleaned. Second room was"cleaned" but had ketchup stained comforter. Kids wrestling and yelling in the hallway at 1:30am, adjoining room door wafer thin and screaming kids next door could be heard like they were in your room, floors, elevators and carpets filthy, floors super squeaky, bathroom sink didn't drain, shower curtain didn't even go to the floor so water ran out everywhere. The breakfast host was amazing and had everything ready at 6AM with a great attitude. Didn’t find anything not clean in our room.
