“The staff were not friendly at all somehow rude and unwelcoming. They never smile and even seem very reluctant to greet you. To be honest, this is not really a hotel, so don’t expect hotel-level service. They don’t properly clean the rooms. The “room service” basically means putting a new toilet roll in the bathroom they don’t even change the towels. The breakfast is exactly the same every day, with very little variety. “I have traveled extensively and visited 45 countries, so I have stayed at many different hotels around the world. Unfortunately, my experience at this hotel was disappointing. I was surprised that the hotel did not allow check-in until 4:00 p.m. When I arrived, the reception staff member was not particularly friendly or welcoming. Perhaps that is simply her usual manner, or perhaps I happened to arrive at a busy time, but as a guest, I would have appreciated a warmer and more welcoming……

“Definitely worth the drive to stay there. Beautiful property and a a top notch staff.”

“乾淨客房”

“wifi was totally broken during the whole stay, location is convenient that the hotel is right at the corner of train station. Walking distance to reach lakeside; ”

“Nice location and an excellent buffet next door. The room was adequate, but it would’ve been helpful to have a few more towels and simple amenities like a shower, cap, etc. The breakfast was OK but the croissants were fantastic. The coffee was also very good.”

“很靠近機場，環境很好。適合不想趕路的人。nice service”

“我们住的是顶楼，只有一个小窗，没有纱窗，所以不敢开窗，房间里很闷热，也没有冷空调”

“Nos hôtes au-delà d'être accueillants étaient à nos petits soins et ont contribués à ce que nous passions un excellent séjour ... trop court!”

“地理非常好 房間很漂亮”

“place is nice and quiet, but one woman staff not so friendly ; they even charge me a late check out fee for a check out before 12.. Luxury hotel price with a 3stars hotel staff mentality”

“Clean and spacious room for the price. Service is good and the free shuttle (every 20 min) to and from airport is a definite key advantage as we have heavy luggage. Free travel pass makes travelling to Geneva town center stress-free - bus and trams stops are only a few mins walk away.”

“Chambre propre et climatisée”
