“Booked a D&J Properties reservation through Hotels.com for a trip in April. A few days before my stay, I received a message directly to me (not on Hotels.com) that the location is not available. After many texts, they sent me credit since the new location was inferior. They sent a screenshot of the reservation. I had no way to verify, access or confirm that reservation. Then I received an email that I need to provide my full address, full credit card information AND PHOTO OF ME HOLDING MY……

“Very nice updated, clean …friendly. The only negative is for a dog friendly hotel the pet area could be nicer/bigger…it’s nothing but pipes coming out of the ground. Just a suggestion:there’s a nice grassy area out front of the hotel-boring like a wood line that would make a much nicer area;)”
