“Although it was rained 2 of the 3 days we were there, this was still a great stay for my son and I ! We also brought our dogs and we had plenty of space for them as well. The owner stopped by to put a hot tub in, so that's an added bonus for anyone staying after us. The owner was great to visit with, and the property manager was quick to reply when we messaged him. It's nice to be in this spot as wind is never a factor. It's quiet and exactly what we were looking for (minus the rain). Another……

“Everything about this property was perfect. We were looking for a place that fits our big family and our dog. And this was it. Room for everyone to have their space and then come together to play. The game room downstairs and large dinning room fit our needs and then some. Everything was clean and the kitchen was fully equipped with everything we needed to cook ourselves. Definitely check out “Max’s on the Lake” when you don’t want to cook. Loved my burger. We are excited about coming back next……

“It was very clean, spacious, close to the water, everything we needed was there for us. We had 8 adults and 4 children and we all loved it alot. Enough bathrooms and showers and bedrooms, big table and chairs, nice deck, dock too.”

“We had a large group (of all ages) and this rental worked out extremely well!!The layout of the house was great for conversations, movies and board games. The waterfront view was spectacular! The bed layout was a little different than the pictures when we booked, but we did book over a year before our stay. The new layout worked out better for our group anyway. There was plenty of room upstairs and downstairs for kids to play. If needed, there was room for air mattresses. Plenty of parking……

“My whole family gets together once a year for a family vacation! Wonderful location; beds were comfortable; amenities were spot on; very clean. We had coffee outside on the deck space in AM watching the Blue herons, Mallards and Geese. We had camp fires; went swimming, paddle boating and even took the kayaks out. and fishing in lake. The house is very well set up! Great communication with host/ manager!”

“We were fortunate enough to have a lovely October weekend and enjoyed our stay with yard games and relaxing by the water. The property was well kept and the location was great. With the warm fall there were a lot of Asian beetles that got in at the entry points and we suggested to the owns to add screen doors to help deter so many getting in in the future. We also enjoyed visiting the brewery and other local bars downtown. ”

“We had a nice time here. The house has many amenities, lots of beds, good outdoor facilities like the firepit and dock, and Lake Holcombe has many miles of shoreline to explore. Overall we were quite happy with the place”
