You can see the lake from any angle of the cabin. You are just 10 minutes away from the Ingles Store. I bought my groceries there and the store is big and very nice! “This was the second time we have stayed at the Carriage house. It was lovely as ever. The bird watching was fantastic and watching the deer Graze while drinking our coffee was an extra treat. We enjoyed using the fire pit at night. I would highly recommend.”

“This is a nice property with some fixable issues. The main floor is really nice, having recently been renovated, with two great bedrooms , a nice living area, a kitchen, a nice bathroom and a great balcony with an awesome view. The porch is large and spacious but is in need of some repairs; a paint job and a general fixup in this area would be great, the cushions are in need of replacement. The bushes hanging over the porch need to be trimmed, this makes the first impression of this sweet home……

Easy access from the road and to the lake and amenities. The view from the front porch was great, that’s where we spend our mornings. “This little cabin was just what we needed. We traveled to the area for a family wedding and, while our schedule was erratic, we found the place a very pleasant respite and welcoming at all hours. You have to understand that rural Georgia is going to have some gravel accesses and obscure connectors but that is part of the appeal. If you use GPS, I would recommend Google or Apple Maps as WAZE seems to think it is okay for automobiles to access the Appalachian Trail.”
