“Excellent experience overall! The home was outstanding with a spectacular view of the lake and mountains. Multiple outdoor seating areas allowed us to take advantage of the beautiful weather each afternoon and evening. Very quiet and peaceful. The host communication was excellent with quick responses and offers to assist with anything during our stay. This was one of the best experiences in our years of hiking trips to western NC. Thank you!”

“Amazing and beautiful home with so many wonderful places to hang out. The interior was very well appointed. The colors, the lighting, the dimmer switches, the well-appointed kitchen, and the views from every window made for a beatiful time. Super comfortable furniture and bed. It was just two of us and this just perfect. The photos show it as it us but the experience was so much better. A truly lovely home. We even bought the same chairs they have by the fire pit for our fire area. Amazing!”

“It was a lovely location. Gorgeous view from the front porch that changes depending on the clouds and the sky. It was a bit of a struggle for our hybrid to make it up the mountain, which I definitely think this should be addressed in the description of the property. It was a bit disappointed that the front twinkle lights weren't working and there wasn't dishwasher detergent. ”

“Three generations of my family (ages 17 - 87) spent a week at Ridgeview Retreat. The house is large, spacious, well-appointed, clean, comfortable and has spectacular views of the mountains. I appreciated Racquel's attention to detail and the comprehensive binder she has created with information about the house, nearby attractions, and dining recommendations. The home is not far from town but feels serene and secluded. There are plenty of games and tvs inside the house but we mostly enjoyed the……

“The home was better than expected! It's located in a quiet and beautiful area and is super close to the historical part of Sylva. The hose was super clean and the beds were extremely comfortable. They thought of every little detail which even included coffee filters which we completely didnt think of lol. Sitting in the enclosed back deck and listening to the stream was very peaceful! The communication with the host was very good! I highly recommend this place if you plan on staying in Sylva! If……

The crowning glory is the gorgeous pool and waterfall, we literally lived in the screened in porch. Our host was a great communicator and made everything so easy.
