“Excellent communication, very clean residence, simple check in and check out. Two improvements: 1. The knob to turn the water on and select hot/cold in the tub/shower needs to be replaced. It does not function properly and we were not able to take a hot shower. 2. Make it clearer that the residence is apart of an apartment complex. This fact may not matter to some customers but it would have been a major component for other customers.”

“We had to walk up a grassy hill from the driveway that was difficult for me as an 85 yr old woman. The apt. is under the owner,s house and we could here a dog running around and a child crying and running. ”

Owner coordinated with other renter to pass along a pack and play so that was helpful. A big delay when passing off the code to be able to enter the property, had to coordinate with vrbo to get in contact with the owner to get access. Little bit of dust on the ceiling fans. “The house is located in a quiet neighborhood with beautiful nature all around. The house was very clean, had all the amenities of home (tv in each bedroom and living room!), and was very cozy. We enjoyed sitting in the porch in the morning drinking our coffee and watching the birds. Our 2 small dogs loved the huge yard and enjoyed their time investigating every inch.
