“Great property for a Julian area visit. Across the street from a coffee& bakery place and a great restaurant with live music in the separate bar. A plus that management is responsive to all needs. Didn't know what to think about the auto check-in method they used, but turned out I liked it's simplicity.”

“Pool was closed at Viejas Hotel side. Housekeeping did not clean rooms at all on a 4 day stay. ”

“Everything was too notch except for two complaints- the refrigerator’s cooler was extremely loud and woke us up in the middle of the night so that we had to unplug it. The AC unit’s fan rotation mechanism was squeaky and that unit needs to be serviced. ”

“We arrived very late Thursday night due to a house plumbing problem and wanted someplace close to our home. I had booked online ahead of time, but our reservation showed for the next day for some reason. Mo, the front office clerk, took the time to call Expedia for us. After some time on the phone, at least 30 minutes or more, he was able to work with them to change our reservation for the same day. We really appreciate Mo's hospitality and willingness to help us. He provided excellent customer……
