“This was my mom second time here at this establishment. She had a great time the first time but this time rebooking her for almost $200 room for her birthday wasn’t pleasant. The rooms door (Suite Compassion) are pretty close room another so you may hear someone if you’re listening closely. My mom wasn’t even offered at least a birthday card not saying that’s mandatory at all but it would have been a nice touch especially driving a distance here What really disappointed my mom was when she……

It was easy to access the Wifi, too. My first night, there were issues with loud guests in the middle of the night that went unresolved despite calling the front desk twice.
