“We had a very nice stay. Easy access to Kona waterfront shops and beaches. Located in a quite area with nice view of ocean sunsets. Property is in good condition with all the necessary appliances in addition to extra recreation items like snorkle, tennis, beach towels, foam boards, etc. We would recommend and rent this again.”

“Our family of four (two adults, two teens) LOVED this property! Communication from the beginning was thorough, timely, and friendly. Our host went out of her way to accommodate our check-in, making our vacation smooth and easy right from the beginning. We loved the location of the unit - literally steps from the pool and tennis courts! The pool was big and deep, which can be hard to find in Kona. The tennis courts were very well maintained and the resident professional provided lessons/drills……

“Loved this townhome. It was perfect for my husband, 2 boys (14 & 17) and I. The place is well stocked with everything you need, and then some. We enjoyed mornings and evenings on the lanai, watching the sunset, turtles, tons of yellow fish, birds, etc. The Big Island never disappoints! There is a nice little rocky beach with trees/shade adjacent to the property that are perfect for morning strolls, exploring, lounging, etc. We will be staying here again. Highly recommend!”

“First, the direct ocean front access was completely incredible. It was so soothing to watch the sunset on the back porch and hear the waves all night long. The house was clean, in a great location, and it was helpful to have parking directly in front of the entry door. There was plenty of space in both bedrooms as well as the bathrooms. We didn't have time to use any of the beach equipment because of other things we had planned, but there was a ton of it under the staircase storage room. There……

“We are a family of 4 (2 adults, 1 child and infant). This is our 13th trip to the island and I have never experienced this kind of positive experience. We stayed for 14 nights. I gave this review 4 stars for the check in process because the person in charge of changing the lock box code stated he wasn’t expecting us to check in that day BUT Sandy is phenomenal- she responded immediately. We had a few hiccups at check in (in addition to the lock box code) but the issues were resolved quickly.……
