“We ended up not staying because after i booked they listed all the fees. You have to check in by 8 pm but is listed as 2:30am and there is a $20 per person per day fee to use the pool. And you have to give a 48 hr notice to even use the pool and i booked last minute so that would have been a waste too. To use the hot tub its $100 extra but that is the only thing listed before you book. It would not have been worth the 3.5 hr drive we were going to make. ”

“We are almost lost for words, what a fantastic weekend this was. The cabin itself is an absolute experience, you feel like you've stepped back in time and its awesome. There's something about falling asleep in complete silence with a crackling fire that feels amazing. The property offers so much, we enjoyed the trails, the animals and the pickleball court. And we can't say enough about our hosts. We love road trips and we've stayed in lots of places, but we've never had opportunity to chat so……

We hope to go back.😀 CONS-Comfortable rooms, but one room had no chair, wastebasket, and the TV couldn't find a signal. Suggest each room (and all bathrooms) should have a wastebasket and a comfortable chair.Kitchen needs non-stick frying pan for easy cleaning. ”

“The house was very clean, comfortable, and nicely maintained, which we really appreciated during our stay. However, there were two downsides to be aware of. First, after booking, the owner asked us to pay an extra money for cleaning fee, even though it was not clearly listed in the Expedia booking details. I chose not to argue since I didn’t want to ruin our family trip, but future guests should expect additional charges. Second, privacy was an issue the owner lives in the basement, and it felt……

“As advertised. House was clean and very well supplied with everything we needed. They even supplied some snacks, coffee, sweetener and creamer. There was salt, pepper, trash bags, dish detergent, shampoo, conditioner and body wash. Good supply of towels and linens. The train didn’t bother us at all while sleeping without earplugs. It went by a few times we were at the house and it was fast Amtrak not a long freight train. Location was 5-10 minute drive to Cone Health Hospital. Great……
