The same thing two days after when we asked for fresh towels since the housekeeping couldn’t clean the room because my husband is still in the room working, but it was totally our fault so its fine. But the front desk the same girl was very rude about giving us fresh towels and also for asking water bottle she said we should pay for the water, but finally she reluctantly gave us 2 bottled water.
