“We loved our stay! Great location”

“Overall, our stay was good. We did have a couple of issues while there. First of all, the dryer was not working, but a couple of phone calls got a maintenance technician out to repair it. While there he also replaced the refrigerator light bulb which blew on day 2. He didn't have the correct bulb, but used a substitute which was considerably dimmer, but worked. The last issue was a lack of any kind of mixing and/or serving bowls. We made do with baking pans, etc., but still, no bowls? ”

“Fantastic location! Very well supplied- great assortment of dishes and glasses, good AC in living area and bedroom. Comfy bed. Easy instructions for entry. Some things need updating but nothing that upset our trip. Very responsive to questions and concerns. Didn’t give a 5 b/c it is in need of updates”

“The beach was just across the street. Food and shopping near by was great. The complex was quiet and clean room. Had a great time, next in Maui will have to stay again. It was perfect! ”

“9/10. Perfect location by beach and Tamura's. Well appointed renovated condo with attention to detail. Well appointed marble countertops, clean hardwood floors, and flexible French style shower.Only gap to perfect 10/10 rating is a loud bedroom AC unit that had a low frequency hum when run at night. Living room AC felt a bit metered when left on Saturday evening to try avoiding the noise of bedroom AC”

“The condo had everything we needed. We enjoyed sitting on the lanai to eat and also to look at the ocean. Location was great. We just had to cross the street to get to the beach and the ocean. Plus it was a convenient location to restaurants. ”

“Thus unit was fully stocked with everything a visitor would need. They had beach chairs, towels and an ice chest for a day at the beach. The kitchen was immaculate and had all that you would need to cook any meal. The area was quiet, well maintained and close to Charlie Young Beach. I highly recommend this unit.”

“Very nicely appointed and decorated. Spotlessly clean! Everything it was advertised to be, with a nice view of the ocean! No dishwasher--but who forgets how to wash by hand? No garbage disposal, but the dumpster was steps away from the door. We were without water for about 1 1/2 days, through no fault of the owner or the property manager. Never lost power during the Kona low storms we experienced in March 2026. Would definitely stay here again!”

“That lace was nice we just had one issue. The place was not clean prior to our arrival but the host and cleaner rectified the issue.. the host aid for our breakfast the next morning while they came and cleaned. Great location!!! ”

“When we booked the Vrbo we did so with the information of items that were supplied and one was toilet paper, nothing mentioned of a starter packet which we found out later when we were running low while in Maui. Also, when prepping for a the renter make sure everything works properly, the toilet seat was loose a BIG miss. And if ants are prevalent, be sure to have things out to help prevent, we had them crawling in kitchen and bathroom upon arrival. Lastly, get new pillows, the ones that were……
