“It was beautiful and the accommodations were comfortable. I have arthritis in my knee and hip. The bathroom was ADA. It was well designed for people with accessibility issues. There was a shower with a bench, high and low shower heads, and grab bars. The toilet had grab bars and the seat was heated with a Boudet. The room was clean and the staff were very nice and extremely helpful. Lastly, I loved the swimming pools.”

“员工完全没有经过培训，非常没有礼貌。 第一天我按时到达，被告知房间还没收拾好，仅仅是告知，连句抱歉都没有，好像这是应该的。 5晚住宿只有一天客房服务（打扫卫生），这倒可以理解。但是如果不催促的话，这一天的卫生可能也没有人打扫。我催了两遍，才勉强打扫。 最后一天退房，前台居然没人。 总之，员工素质极差，完全不能匹配这个酒店。”

“What I liked about the property is the house were nice. They were very helpful. Check in with a little unusual. We’re supposed to have had a room with a view or partial view of the ocean the room I had I didn’t have a view of anything but the garden the air conditioning works fine. The kitchen and the room was nice. Your utensils were all provided, but experience is advertisement of the hotel was far from correct”

“空調が床に置き型のもので音がうるさく調整も効かず、直接ベッドに近く向いており乾燥が凄かった。 バスタブが小さ過ぎた。 ベッドが柔らか過ぎて眠れない。 駐車場代金が1日25ドルかかる。 部屋の扉が重く押さないと閉まらない。 リゾート側のエリアと比較して周りに観光地が無い割に同額かそれ以上で部屋代が高い。 部屋の清掃が3日間で一度も来なかった。 オーシャンビューだが湾内になって海の透明度はない。”
