“For one of the cheapest places to stay on Maui, I was pleasantly surprised! Small but clean rooms, no in-room microwave, tiny fridge, but nice hotel, nice grounds, lots of kid-friendly games & activities, on the beach! Great budget place to stay, especially with family. DON'T take a cab to get here! It is less than 3 miles from airport, but they will screw you-the-tourist over! i.e. won't take c.c., requires cash (with no fore-mention), AI and uber searches range from $13-19 and our cabbie……

“Property was nice but is more like a condo rental than "resort". The view from my room was beautiful and not too far from free parking. The room is very large with a stand up shower, decent kitchen, tv, and lanai. However the Murphy Bed was super hard and uncomfortable. I had a back ache every day and noticed blood stains on the sheets later. :( There is absolutely NO service here so don't expect room service or anything brought to you. For new towels, you must call before 3pm and put your dirty……

“员工完全没有经过培训，非常没有礼貌。第一天我按时到达，被告知房间还没收拾好，仅仅是告知，连句抱歉都没有，好像这是应该的。 5晚住宿只有一天客房服务（打扫卫生），这倒可以理解。但是如果不催促的话，这一天的卫生可能也没有人打扫。我催了两遍，才勉强打扫。最后一天退房，前台居然没人。总之，员工素质极差，完全不能匹配这个酒店。”
