“Place was rundown and outdated. Pool was down due to maintenance, shower had slow drain, bed sheets had hair on it and found roaches in my room. Key badge to get into would randomly stop working so I had to go to the front desk twice to reset them. I was told since the pool was down due to maintenance, I would be comp one night free but was later charged for that night. The next morning I found a homeless using the sprinklers near my car to bath. Please avoid this place at all cost.”

“The property is well laid out, clean, quiet, and safe, away from the bustle and noise of Kahului. Why not 5 stars? We arrived late at night after a long flight from the mainland. Our assigned room had been programmed with the correct door code, but it was not ready for occupancy; it had not been cleaned or “turned over” from the previous renter. “Our flight was cancelled and we needed help. I asked about getting the room for extra night. 500.00. I went to the airport to get help....we got rebooked for later flight....went back to hotel to see if we could get later checkout.. 200.00. Not very accommodating considering I spent thousands on the room . basically....they did not give a crap about helping us out at all”

“I was very disappointed with my stay at the Sheraton Maui Resort & Spa. The room did not appear to be cleaned properly upon arrival. The tile floor was dirty, and I found multiple small insects in the bathroom, around the room, and even on the bed. There were also spider webs between the floor and the TV stand, which made it seem like the room had not been thoroughly cleaned. The sofa bed was old, dirty, and not in acceptable condition for guests. Housekeeping was also very poor. We did not……
