“Terrible”

“Do not ever stay here or go through Expedia to stay here. There was a terrible storm and all flights were canceled so I couldn't get to FLL. I was very excited as it was a birthday trip and I had been to the resort the year before, this time in hopes of creating a tradition. However, since I could not get there I was looking to get some money back as I know there was a 72 hours rule. When I called the hotel first hung up on me. Then I called again and the manager said they would look into it but……

“We really enjoyed the beach access and pool!”

“It’s great place and good service when we checked in.”

“Clean room and facilities but above all the staff was very helpful and attentive.”

“Poor breakfast, room too small.”

“We have stayed here twice in the last year. The property is very clean and well maintained. Always greeted with a welcoming smile that makes you want to come back. This is our Florida go to spot!”
