“The breakfast that was included in my stay was made when requesting it~ it’s a pre made menu ^^ which I quite enjoyed~ They were able to take us in last minute, the restaurant is really good and they have an ample menu selection! Bedrooms are really clean, they take there time when doing the transition of guests, and everyone is super friendly! I’m excited to come back and stay there again!”

“We stayed there for six nights without anybody's recommendation. Just checked in at the Ponoka property. They were so welcoming, and the staff is so courteous and helpful. Monique and Tanya are amazing people. Cannot appreciate enough. One doesn't find such services in branded star properties normally. A great experience. Will strongly recommend to anyone.”

“Front desk staff were friendly and helpful. Room was spacious and clean. King bed was nice and firm. Air conditioning worked well. In-room Jacuzzi for two (in addition to the full bath with an exhaust fan) was a plus. Fireplace was attractive and would be nice to use on a chilly evening. Continental breakfast was adequate. We would definitely stay here again.”

“The ladies at the front desk were happy & helpful! Marguarite was esp sweet & funny about the walk about to the other side of the hotel & where the elevator was over there - all good once you went once. The pool area was amazing but so many children, so couldn't use it or the hot tub”

The receptionist who welcomed us during check-in was incredibly kind, warm, and professional, which set a wonderful tone for our stay.However, the breakfast service has room for improvement. The selection was quite limited, and key items ran out quickly. There was not enough butter, and the bread selection was depleted before everyone could eat. The morning staff seemed to be multitasking heavily, which unfortunately prevented them……
