New home, four bedroom, two bathroom, well appointed lake house. Sleeps 8 adults, maximum 9 people. One king sized bed, two queen sized beds, one double bed sharing a room with single bunk beds.
Lovely deck and one minute walk to small public beach.
Very quiet summerhouse street.
3 steps to the door, two bedrooms one bath main floor, two bedrooms one bath upstairs.
Full kitchen, washer/dryer, soaker tub.
Short walk to provincial beach with boardwalk, park, cafes, restaurants and ice cream! Active nightlife short walk away. Town of Sylvan Lake STAR licence number 04477.

Queen and king beds were comfortable with great linens. The bathrooms were nice and clean. Kitchen was well equipped. The living space was well laid out. Furniture was comfortable. The house was large, clean and well equipped, just as in the photos. It was handy to have a washer and dryer available, and an outdoor shower. The landlords were easy to communicate with, and responded quickly to questions. No hesitation in recommending to others.

We were a group of 5 women who gather annually. This property met all our needs and is as described. The kitchen is well stocked with all the cookware and bakeware you could need, as well as a good supply of basic condiments and spices. Location was great, just on the outskirts of town, so easily accessible, and a nice location for lake access and walking along Lakeshore Drive. On our first evening we struggled with getting sound on the TV. Mark was prompt to call us and troubleshoot the problem. We appreciated his timely attention to this.Overall, we were very happy with the property and will definitely consider it for future visits.

This was a perfect place for our family holiday. The lake was a short walk away and perfect for launching kayak and paddle boards. The house was really clean and well stocked. We would not hesitate to rent this house again!
