“Helpful staff, no cable in my room. Was told my room and one next to me only had ruko (think that’s what it was) so instead of watching the football game I watch old episodes of game shows. Came back from a wedding at 1 am to not be able to get into my room because some how when getting cleaned the latch on the frame hooked and locked me out. Staff was helpful and able to get me in”

“The staff were friendly and welcoming, which I appreciated. However, the property definitely needs some repairs and upgrades. The room had a horrible, stale smell the moment I walked in, and it also needs better lighting because it felt quite dark. I was also disappointed to find out that I was charged twice. I booked and paid for my reservation through Expedia, but when I checked my credit card, I noticed that the hotel had charged me again. Thankfully, I caught the double charge right……

“When we arrived on Thursday evening, the special board said Chicken Wings and Cheeseburgers $10. They were not available. They were out of Pinot Grigio and liquor for a piña colada. The lounge wasn't open Friday or Saturday. Our fire detector's battery started beeping at 1:15 am. The bathroom toilet wouldn't flush or refill. The staff were very apologetic. The carpet needed to be kicked or stretched out because it is a tripping hazard. The air conditioning system was loud, waking us up during……
