“Given the number of messages I received from the hotel informing me of my upcoming stay, I was surprised that there was no mention of the hot tub closed for repairs. I was most looking forward to using the hot tub and was disappointed it was not available for use.”

“Advertised that every room has a fireplace but you can’t use them because they turned them off for the summer…. On top of that, our room was completely covered in ants. EVERYWHERE!! And the first response from the staff was a very snobby “ DID YOU SPILL SOMETHING!” We just got there and there were hundreds of them. They did swap us to another room but no discount or anything. I will definitely not be back!”

“We had a wonderful stay over the long weekend! The hotel was clean, comfortable, and in an excellent downtown location. It was within walking distance of the lake, the water park, restaurants, and coffee shops, which made it very convenient to explore the area. The room was spotless, the pool was clean and well maintained, and the continental breakfast was excellent. We also appreciated the safe and convenient parking. The only thing we would have liked was a water kettle in the room for tea or...

“The staff seemed stressed and mentioned multiple times the hotel was full. Our air conditioner was barely working and was incredibly loud - so loud we would only turn it on for short periods to cool the room when we were not in there. No one asked how our stay was when we checked out, they seemed to be happy to just keep the wheels rolling as it was a busy weekend. They did accommodate a 1hr later checkout which was appreciated.”
