“The hotel was fine, but for how expensive it was it just wasn’t worth it. The shower took 5 minutes to heat up, we were in a connecting room which had very thin walls and our neighbours had a dog which barked at all hours they weren’t there. Why you are putting a dog next to a connecting room I don’t know, and we requested a queen bed (we sleep on one at home) and it was SIGNIFICANTLY smaller. I’m not sure if there are different sizes of queens but it felt like a double and me and my partner……

“Breakfast is pretty mediocre. The hot food is pretty bland. I don’t enjoy the music being played around the outside of the building. Definitely not something that’s necessary at 7:30 am when it can be heard in rooms. I thought it was an annoying neighbour, not the place I was paying to stay at that was keeping me awake”

“It had a great full breakfast but it was very crowded. The hotel was clean and the staff was friendly. It was a great location to the beach and the aqua activity center. I would highly recommend this property”

“The hotel is just dirty all our tawel were stained with brown stuff on it. The AC does not work, so it is horrible to sleep in, and the restaurant is not better the food is mediocre and we got a free breakfast because of all our issues but free breackfast can only be chose from 3 things that does not look apetizing. In all this stay was horible we have been lied to by expedia because the picture does not look at all like the hotel, we have been over charge by the hotel as they did not recognize……

“We liked the appeal of the building, even before we got in. At check-in, we were greeted by a relaxing atmosphere, clean reception area, and a wonderful woman at the fron desk. She was really nice, and went above and beyond for us. When we got to our room on the second floor, our children easily exclaimed they "love" our room, the motel is their "favourite," and is so far the best of all the places we stayed at, this month. Before we rested for the night, my husband was already saying, this……

“This could be very nice property and ideal for families travelling for sports tournaments etc. But…it needs a lot of work. The carpet around pool area is disgusting! I found that my first impression was not good as the entry doors were filthy. The carpets at the front doors were very dirty. Hallways were mostly dirty. I realize the hotel is under renovation but that does not mean things can’t be clean. I would not stay here again unless it was fully renovated.”
