“Breakfast shoud be better. We were at 9 am there and the waffles were running out. We have been told that was the last round for waffles as they will not make the batter anymore. Breakfast timing was till 10 am they supposed to make it until 10. The next day we skipped the breakfast. We didn't like the breakfast options”

“Advertised that every room has a fireplace but you can’t use them because they turned them off for the summer…. On top of that, our room was completely covered in ants. EVERYWHERE!! And the first response from the staff was a very snobby “ DID YOU SPILL SOMETHING!” We just got there and there were hundreds of them. They did swap us to another room but no discount or anything. I will definitely not be back!”

“This hotel was built in 2011, but you’d never know it—it looks brand spanking new. Everything is fresh, clean and very pretty, and the front-desk staff were outstandingly warm and welcoming. We had breakfast the following morning and were very well looked after by the lovely breakfast attendant. There’s a pool, although we stayed over a long weekend, when it was understandably full of small children joyfully hurling water at one another. Alan nevertheless managed to sneak in a little swim and……

“Never encountered such bizarre issues until we stayed here. My 1 year old opened a drawer and found a pouch of tobacco accompanied by white powder. I had to let them know TWICE in order for something to be done. No one seemed to care. Absolutely dangerous to keep a baby in a room with suspicious substances like that. No compensation for that. No room change or anything lol…. Then, older kids decided to pound on our door -profusely- plus everyone else’s rooms just shy of midnight. Embarrassing……
