“The hotel lobby was beautiful and the coffee amazing. The public bathroom was a bit underwhelming and dirty. “Nice hotel but they tell you that you have to pay $30 for Valet parking that there is no parking at the hotel. This is very misleading. There is a parking garage right across the street. We were there only one night and although the front desk tried to talk us out of it, we took our chances. Cost us $7 for our overnight stay. Pffft!”

“The room, roof pool, and breakfast were very good. The elevator was down and only 1 was working so wait times were long and you couldn’t realistically use the stairs to 7th floor with suitcases and kids. Also, I forgot an item in my hotel bathroom and they reported that the item had not been located which is hard to believe. It was hanging in the restroom so my assumption is that it was taken by staff and not turned in. ”

“Awesome newer hotel!!! Clean and in a good location. We walked to everything we did downtown with no problem. The gentleman that checked us in was the worst part of our entire stay. Didnt explain anything unless I asked and then when I did ask acted completely irritated. Was not impressed with him.
