“Very good location, downtown, easy parking. No charge facility for twsla.”

“This hotel had a very cool museum throughout the first two floors. It was extremely clean and the staff were all very courteous! I walked around by myself in the area for a few miles and it was safe. The theatre and convention center are an easy walk for broadway shows. And the highlight is the Savoy with some of the best food I’ve had in forever. It’s an upscale steakhouse with vegan options. Desserts that were crafted amazingly. Just really really good food! They were very women’s and……

“Highly recommend. Room was lovely and roomy. Looked like it had just been renovated (#804). Had wonderful lunch and dinner in restaurant. Staff very friendly. Love the area. Only minor issue was low pressure in shower which I’m hoping is for water conservation.”

“Location and front desk staff are excellent. My room had plumbing issues two days out of my stay. Engineering took a while to respond both times. Room didn’t have drinking glasses or coffee creamer.”

“The check-in experience is not very good, the hygiene is terrible.After checking out, I found that my card had been deducted twice inexplicably, for two accommodation fees, two parking fees, and two pet accommodation fees. I hope the hotel can give a reasonable explanation.”

“All of the staff were amazing! We arrived early anticipatipating to just park and return later for check in… But our room was ready! Everything was perfect and an awesome location for all shopping and dining! I do think parking should be free as a hotel guest but it was $26 per vehicle - I met my son for Mothers Day weekend so had to $52 extra for us to park. ”

“Das Hotel aus den 1930er Jahren ist sehr schön im Art Deco Stil gestaltet. Die Lage in der Stadt ist sehr zentral, alles ist zu Fuß oder mit der kostenlosen Metro, die ebenfalls nur 100 m entfernt ist, zu erreichen. Auch die Zimmer sind geschmackvoll eingerichtet, aber etwas abgewohnt. Die Klimaanlagen sind sehr veraltet, lassen sich nicht abstellen und rauschen rund um die Uhr wie ein Wasserfall. Der Service an der Rezeption, die teilweise noch nicht einmal besetzt war, war zum Teil……
