“Nice rustic B&B. AC worked well and bed was comfortable. Everything was clean. Nice country setting. We’re planning to return next time we need a place to stay in Cortland/Ithaca area.”

“This place was great. It's a 10 minute trip from downtown Ithaca, so it might be an issue if you're staying here without a car. If you do have a car, I would highly recommend staying here. Super clean and updated rooms at a great price. It might not look like much from the outside, but it's a great property and an excellent value.”
