It was often difficult to find available lounge chairs, and the area tended to be crowded and noisy. The elevator is also small and often crowded, which added to the inconvenience. The staff was not particularly helpful during our stay. I also had a haircut at the hotel salon, and the result was very disappointing. Given these issues, I am unsure how this property qualifies as a five-star hotel.
